Antique Papier-Mâchè Table with Mother of Pearl Inlay and Gold Leaf Decal.

This really is a crackin' little table.
English, from the early to mid 1800's.
Made from papier-mâchè with mother of pearl inlay and gold leaf detailing.
Mounted upon later legs, this table folds up for simple storage, but why would you hide this away!
The age and use related patina developed over the last 200+ years, shows tones of original colour and is just incredible.
This is a truly unique decorators piece.
Approx max Dims: H: 460mm, Dia: 540mm
In very good condition. Some crazing to the surface as one would expect, very slight loss to the mother of pearl to the edges but not much, Some age and use related wear to the gold leaf but all of this just adds to the aesthetic of this extraordinary table.
This is a genuine antique and as such may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
