Divine Little Edwardian Inlaid Wingback Armchair. Circa. 1900'
Absolutely divine little wingback armchair.
Edwardian from the late 1800's / early 1900's.
Always very popular; this has fabulous proportions, wingbacks; in general; can be very large and cumbersome. This is a petite firecracker!
Small in dimension; oh soooo huge on comfort and charm.
Lovely inlaid mahogany frame with original beaded upholstery mounted upon square tapered legs on brass castors to each.
A quite fabulous find.
Approx. max. dims: H: 1070mm, W: 610mm, D: 650mm, SH: 420mm
In excellent antique condition. No signs of damage or repair. Frame solid and sound. A few very minor bumps and knocks perhaps to the frame as one might expect but nothing noteworthy. Two small splits to the inlay, in the same place either side of the chair; probably due to original workmanship; doesn't detract in anyway from the beauty of this fabulous chair. Upholstery excellent; no rips or tears and cushioning very good. Fine example of a classic!
This is an original antique and may well show signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
